The London Eye is fully accessible. However, due to health and safety we are only permitted to allow entry to two wheelchair users per capsule and eight on The London Eye at any one time. Therefore to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance.

The majority of the facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible to our disabled guests.
Our trained staff will ensure that guests with disabilities are transported safely from floor to floor within our building by means of a lift. For safety reasons we can only accept three wheelchair users in the building at any one time therefore guests must contact us at least 24 hours in advance of their visit if there is a wheelchair user in their group.

SEA LIFE London Aquarium is fully accessible with lifts to all levels. There is also have a ramp at the entrance which can be used for entry and exit into the aquarium.
