On average we recommend to allow a couple of hours for each of the attractions on this London attractions pass from Big City Saver. Therefore, you can use a London attraction pass with 2 or 3 attractions in a day but remember the London attraction pass is valid for 90 days so you can spread out your visits on multiple days within that period. Also remember you need to book a timeslot for all the attractions you purchased with your pass

Queue times differ depending on attendance levels and attraction which is why we ask you to book time slots. Guests waiting to purchase tickets on the day of your visit, be advised that the ticket hall queue can be long so we advise booking in advance online (you also save more money this way).

  • One rotation on the London Eye will take around 30 minutes.
  • Madame Tussauds London and SEA LIFE London on average take 2 hours to enjoy however this depends completely on you and how long you would like go around them.
  • The London Dungeon is 110 minutes long consisting of 19 interactive shows, 20 live actors and 1000 years of history.
  • Shrek’s Adventure! London lasts for approximately 75 minutes. There is an interactive area at the end of the tour where you can meet your favourite friends from other DreamWorks worlds of Madagascar, Kung Fu Panda and How to Train Your Dragon; you may spend as long as you want practising your martial arts skills with Mr Shifu, testing your strength with Gloria the hippo and hopping aboard a plane with those crazy penguins.
  • Big Bus has 3 different routes. The Red route takes about 3 hrs to complete without getting off, the Blue route takes 4 hours and the Green route takes 1 hour 15 minutes. The first bus at 8am on the red route and last bus is 6pm. You can also take a Big Bus to go from the London Eye to Madame Tussauds but remember your Big Bus ticket it's only valid for one day from the moment you scan it. Yes - pre-booking is essential to guarantee entry to all attractions. When you purchase your pass, all you need to do is to book your visit date and time for the *lead attraction. Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to book your visit to the remaining attractions with our online booking portal.

If you have purchased a Big Bus Tour with your pass from Big City Saver, you do not need to pre-book a date and time for Big Bus Tours. You will receive an additional email with your Big Bus Tour ticket. simply redeem it at one of their bus stops and you'll have access to the Big Bus Tour for the whole day.

When you purchase your pass, all you need to do is to book your visit date and time for the first attraction on your pass (known as the lead attraction). Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive instructions on how to book your visit to the remaining attractions with our online booking portal.

For all the attractions your time slot is when you can arrive to enter the attraction. Please note there may be a queue so notify a member of staff of your time slot.

You can save up to £63 by buying a London attractions pass from Big City Saver compared to buying tickets individually for each attraction.

There are no promotional offers on Big City Saver as you already make great savings by not buying individual tickets. The lowest price can be found online from this website.

There is no schools offer through Big City Saver. For schools offer please visit the attraction's website or the Merlin learning hub here.

You can use PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You’ll receive an email containing your tickets. There is a bar code per person. You can download the ticket to Apple Wallet, or we recommend your screenshot these so you can show this on your mobile device or tablet to enter the attractions. You can also print these at home. If you purchase a Big Bus ticket within your pass, please proceed to a Big Bus stop with your ticket including the barcode, who will be able to assist you.

Yes, passes can be bought at the attractions, however we cannot guarantee there will be tickets avaiable on the day of your visit and therefore we recommend you to pre-book as far in advance as possible.

Your email confirmation should normally arrive in your inbox a few minutes after completing a purchase online. If you haven't received an email confirmation then we recommend you check your spam filter or junk folder.

If you still cannot locate an email then please visit our booking portal and complete our form quoting your order number.

The London attractions pass from Big City Saver doesn’t print with any names, making it a great gift. You will need to select a time slot for the first attraction but then the ticket is valid for 90 days. You will need to print the tickets at home or forward the e-ticket as they will not be able to collect the ticket(s) at the attraction(s).

Each ticket is valid for 90 days from the date of your lead attraction visit.

You can change your ticket dates via our booking portal, details of which you can find on your e-ticket. You can move an attraction ticket up to 3 times within the 90 days from the date of your first attraction visit

If you are in the South Bank you can easily visit the London Eye, the London Dungeon, Sea Life London Aquarium and Shrek's Adventure! London.

To visit Madame Tussauds from the South Bank you can take the underground. Use the Bakerloo line from Waterloo Station to Baker Street Station or the Jubilee line from Westminster Station to Baker Street Station. Alternatively you can buy a package with London Eye, Madame Tussauds London and Big Bus and use the Red route.

Big City Saver offers two passes with a Big Bus Tour. You can buy the London Eye with a Big Bus tour ticket, or the London Eye and Madame Tussauds London with a Big Bus Tour. Visit this page to purchase your ticket with a Big Bus tour

Your Big Bus Tour ticket is valid for one calendar day. You can hop on and hop off as many times as you like.

You will receive your Big Bus tickets via email with a barcode per person per pass.

Children are aged between 3 and 15 years. Children under 2* years are free.

*Effective from 20 July 2023 onwards, children under 2 will enjoy free entry. This replaces previous policies.

No, children under 16 must be accompanied by an over 18 year old.

You can change your ticket dates via our booking portal, details of which you can find on your e-ticket. You can move an attraction ticket up to 3 times within the 90 days from the date of your first attraction visit, with the flexibility to move bookings up to 1 hour before your arrival time.
